God's Own Football Club just finished the longest, most grueling road trip in CFL history and are 3-2 and tied for 1st and all without Ricky Ray.
If you'd have offered that to me in June I'd have snapped your hand off grabbing it.

Bluto you are 100% correct, it's a long, long season.
the only thing about tonight's loss that really bugs me is the stupid, numerous penalties. Anybody who knows football knows it's not possible to win when you give 150 yards of offence to the opponent by your own penalties.
This team is sitting pretty. Great road trip....Milanovich has these guys believing. Will get on track big time Saturday night.
no poop
I'd take it as well and am very impressed overall with all of the new additions and with Harris. With more time to gel, they are only going to get better and be a force to be reckoned with all season and will peak when it matters most! Less having to come from behind to win games and more outright victories!
When I first started reading this I thought you were talking about the Ticats as they have been pumping the longest road trip of the CFL scenario. .....
Anyway, I agree. The Argos have a good future in this team and have played well with Harris at the helm. As I said in the game day thread, at least the whole team played poorly together and got it out of their system .....hopefully for the season. They will only improve. .....plus losing to the cats this week allows them to be overconfident on labour day . go
Argooooooooooooooos!
The two youngest teams in the league this year are Toronto and Ottawa so it shouldn't be surprising to have a night like this one early in the season. This team has loads of potential and I can't wait to see where they stand by October and November.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
I predicted five or six wins for the season so unless we really hit the skids we are doing well. Yesterday looked and sounded like a young team. Had to listen to Hoagie coming home from Pearson and normally that's great but you could tell it was going to be one of those games.
