What's with you posting highlights of Ticat wins over the Argos?

Earl Winfield's phenomenal game (1988 vs. Toronto)

Yes, Ticats won but it is part of history (and includes Argo highlights as well as Winfield).
That game, though, represents Labour Day to a tee in Hamilton. The 1988 Argonauts were 14-4 and were shellacked 56-28 in that game by a Tiger-Cat team that finished 9-9. Actually, perhaps 1988 isn't as blatant as a couple of the other years. In 1991, the Tiger-Cats beat the Argos 48-24 on Labour Day in a season where the Argos finished 13-5 and won the Cup and the Tiger-Cats were 3-15. The very next week in Toronto that Tiger-Cat team lost 52-25 to the Argos. In 2005, the Argos lost 33-30 to the Tiger-Cats on Labour Day only to destroy them 48-0 the next week. The only Labour Day classics (in recent memory) that have gone "according to plan" for the Argonauts have been 1996, 1997, 2006 and 2007.

Matt Dunigan traded to Argos, 1990 (TSN)

While the Argos won the 2012 Grey Cup and Hamilton finished last, I didn't think (at the time) that the teams were that far apart at this point in the season. If my memory serves, we were all angry over a loss the Argos had suffered to the Eskimos the week prior and the Tiger-Cats significant defensive woes of that season hadn't quite manifested itself yet.
The Argos won the 1987 Labour Day Classic 25-19 in what can actually be termed as an upset. The Tiger-Cats had got an early jump on the Argos for 2nd place in the east that year, but that win by the Argos was part of a spark that helped them eventually take 2nd place and make it to the Grey Cup.
Regarding the Dunigan trade,
Losing Pless and Baylis hurt, but I think the Argos were able to replace those players in the short-term. The addition of a quality QB was a must given how bad that position was for the team in 1989.
Regarding Mike McCoy,
Ouch! I don't remember that game, but I do remember Milt Stegall doing something similar to the Argos during that 99 season.

Just got around to watching your videos Paul. Loved them, especially in Mike OSea's first game with the Argos in 1996 and 1994 Matt Dunigan throws for 713 yards in a game.
But why did you have to ruin it with Earl Winfield's phenomenal game (1988 vs. Toronto)?
