Well after going 3-1 last week...DAMN those Eskimos...I'm going with Hamilton (feel very dirty taking them), Toronto, Calgary and Ottawa this week.

I'm hoping that Don Matthews wannabe Chris Jones has jumped the shark in Edmonton.

The Alouettes seem to give Collaros the most fits, but I envision the D/ST of the Ticats making up for whatever deficiencies their offense might have against the Alouettes as I just don't see Rakeem Cato going into Tim Hortons Field and getting his team the victory.

I expect the Stampeders to give Robert Marve a rude awakening in their matchup.

I think the Rough Riders beat the Roughriders at TD Place.

If the Als lose, as expected, it won't be Cato's fault. He can't make chicken salad... etc.

Montreal seems to have Collaros' number with the exception of last year's eastern final and that game in Montreal from 09/13 when he was still with the Argos.

For the record, I couldn't stand the thought of taking Hamilton in the CFL.ca pick em pool, so I changed to Montreal at the last minute. Well on my way to a 4-0 week.

    Stick it Ti-Cats!!!

At least Hamilton isn't invincible and particularly in their new stadium. That eases the pressure for teams going in there now. However, Kent isn't going to be happy come Labour Day and that I do worry about.

I think the key to beating Hamilton is not turning over the ball. Cats have really feasted on teams with defensive and special team TD's, as well as capitalizing on short fields offensively following turnovers. I think the Argos never recovered from that on-side punt for a TD on the holiday Monday game.

Easier said than done though as the Ticats had forced a significant amount of turnovers in three consecutive games prior to last night.

Riders look really really bad. Thought they would get their first win today. Labour Day Weekend qb match up featuring Marve for Winnipeg and possibly Sunseri for Saskatchewan should be a beauty.

It all went downhill after McCallum's FG attempt hit the upright, so I'm blaming him.

Naw it all went downhill when "Coach" Chamblin decided that benching a young QB for one interception would help "settle him down". Pretty much deflated the morale of the whole team. That is all.

Oh Gawd I hope that's not the case (Sunseri I mean). Well, maybe with a lot of "fans" threatening to stay home next weekend I should have plenty of space to sit in my row next week.
