I listen to Ti-Cat lunch during my lunch break, and Marsh and Tatti on my drive home. Tatti has added so much to that show, and a great move by them replacing the really boring Steve Milton, who may be a fine writer, but personality wise is not made for the airwaves.

I agree. Steve Milton is a great writer. But on the radio, he drove me nuts as he always interrupted Marsh!!!

Same. Funny enough I haven't listened to 1050 live in a while (side from CFL related audio, which is rare).

I've found myself tuning more and more into 1150 recently. There covering more CFL and CIS then 1050. Granted it's all from a Ti-Cats angle, or much of the time but I enjoy listening to football over the excessive Blue Jays and soon to start leaf talk of other stations.

I was driving today for a while and started listening to 1050. The only mention of the Argo/Winnipeg game by Hogan was his trip there and back. So I switched to 1150 and heard at least a lot more CFL news. If the Argo radio announcer can't talk about the Argos a bit instead all of NFL stuff, there's not much hope is there.

It's too bad as those of us on the east side of Yonge St can't get the signal.

I can't on radio either. I listen on TSN GO, but you can listen on their website too.

I'm well east of Yonge and I listen to them all the time, FYI.

I was listening in my car this afternoon. They were talking about the CFL schedule and how every team and its fans tend to complain about how tough or unfair it is for their team.
Marsh read a tweet on the air (6:05 pm to be precise, I checked) from an "AngeloV" who was lamenting the tough schedule that the Toronto Argonauts faced this year.

Hmm, I feel like I know of an AngeloV who is an Argonauts fan, but I can't place how I know of him.
    Hmm...

LOL...and Tatti tried to brush it off as if every team has a bad schedule (and even ridiculed that my tweet said sled, rather than sked...damn IPhone spell check). I'd like to know if any other team has scheduled 5 games in 23 days, without a true regular week between games.

I actually pulled over in my car on the way home to tweet them. I will be seeking professional help soon.

For the record, I tweeted because Tatti was wondering why the Argos had 3 bye weeks while everyone else has 2.

Just wanted to mention that TSN 1150 has had a local morning show for a few weeks now.

I've been really impressed with TSN 1150 the past couple of months. Lots of CFL talk every single day. Marshall Ferguson does a great job covering all things CFL and gives the league the coverage and attention that it deserves.

Agree. I hope there is a silent majority out there in southern ontario that wants to have more balance to their sports talk rather than the same regurgitated stories over and over.

Well the other GTA sports radio stations certainly aren't doing a good job covering the Argonauts and the CFL.

1150 has won me over for the afternoon drive home. Will flip to 590 if there is baseball talk, but 1050 and 550 have fallen off my radar.

I listened to a bit of 1150 yesterday afternoon. Ferguson and Tatting were discussing CIS football coaching. That is unheard of. I LOVED IT!

TSN 1150 is imo the best sports radio station in the gta by far. Hopefully they bring back their lunch/afternoon programming.

I've wondered for quite sometime why TSN doesn't air a national evening show ?

It would be nice if 1050 could cover the CFL more often, however, Mike Richards did tell someone on here (and Richards is a friend of the league) that every time he attempted to talk CFL he would always have people complaining that he was talking CFL. I do find it unfortunate that Argo fans do have to turn to the voice of the Tiger-Cats for coverage of the league however. This is not a knock on Marshall Ferguson who does a fine job.
