Creehan scared me as well with good reason.

The defence has been lost all season. Last game was considered progress because we held them to less than 40???

Agreed, and in true fashion after the Argos offence scores our D seems to fold up like a cheap suitcase which kills any gain in momentum.

I think he meant 40 points not 400 yards.

I'm surprised that Hamilton dressed rb's at all. Just go on all three downs all game long, going no huddle and pass..pass..pass and you'll torch the Argo D for 500 to 600 yards and at least 60 points. They are like watching Too Cute on Animal Planet, puppies running around without a clue about anything except it's not cute in this instance. haha.

Without Gable it seems as though the TiCats have no idea what a run game is or why it's needed. Although it does work to an extent, IMO due in large part to the threat of Collaros running around.

I recall a particularly amusing line as delivered in the movie "Hook"... "Hang him."

He could probably fit under the cap quite easily in Toronto but will Braley allow Barker to spend? When Barker is handcuffed, he has to rely much more on recruiting than any other GM in the league.

Quarterbacking is the least of the Argos' problems. Harris showed the other night that he is more than willing to carry this team on his back. Ray will likely be ready to play in two weeks but Harris has done nothing to be considered anything but the starter at this point.
Thanks for writing this post and saving me from typing.

Did I miss that game winning touchdown as I was sitting in that corner....I'm sure the Ticats won the game didn't they. With that being said, has Ricky Ray done anything to lose his job as the starter....absolutely not.

Furthermore, Trevor Harris has had some habits creep into his game in the last 4 starts. They were lucky to get the win over Ottawa at home as Harris throw two exactly similar picks that were brought back for TD's. One was fortunately called back on a penalty. Undisciplined Ottawa penalties were the reason the Argos won that game as some drives were also kept alive on bad penalties that they took instead of the offense. In the last 3 losses, Harris has been average at best, and a little erratic to start games including Friday's. I don't think he is seeing the field as well in the last 3 losses because he's pressing since the Argos tend to be trailing games early. This trend is now catching up to the team and they're not coming back from games like they were earlier in the season because he's trying to force passes that aren't there. Milanovich refuses to take pressure off Harris by not using a balanced running attack since their game in Fort MacMurray.

PS- With the stupid undisciplined penalties the Argos were taking, I was looking for Cory Chamblin on the Argo sidelines, that's how bad and undisciplined the team was Friday. No excuse for offside penalties on game 11, let alone the selfish penalties after the whistle. Some of the roughing the passer calls for following through were understandable as a guy can't stop on a dime after the QB releases the ball, but there still penalties for unprofessional behaviour after the whistle.

... and the dead head coach gives the same old pregame talk ... "Now you guys, I don't want you to take any unnecessary penalties, okay guys, pretty please"

Really has become a joke that Milanovich has stressed the issue with taking penalties from day one and his teams always take way too many. Perhaps he needs to not just slap wrists but sit guys.

Do you really think he does something as physical as "slap wrists". Somehow I had more of a picture of giving brief "time outs". IF you would like more info on the finer points of 'time outs', you can Google "time out toddlers"
