I wouldn't be opposed to this idea.

How about inserting Harris as the "Redzone QB"...he had the Argos offence clicking every visit there it seems....

O'Shea being added to all-time Argos list. Good choice, and a meaningless game is best time to do it.

Was this just announced? I don't see it on the Argos website.

I can't speak for Paul, but I was notified of it via the Argonauts weekly email (Doubleblue post).

It would be better to have done this next year with some atmosphere at BMO field and with more attention being paid to the team. I know David Bedford is not responsible for any effort on the team at present because he is tweeting about being on vacation while the Argos will be playing their playoff game. Also about all the new cabinet ministers too. Better that than selling tickets for Friday. Keep cashing the paycheque buddy. With friends like him who needs enemies.

I would ordinarily agree, but not in this case. O'Shea likely wouldn't leave Wpg to be honoured by the Argos, which means you'd have to do it during a game between the teams. I wouldn't want to do it during a game that matters to either team. So a meaningless game it is. Next year they can do it up right with some other inductee(s) not affiliated with an opponent.

According to the Winnipeg Sun, Winnipeg will be starting CFL rookie Dominique Davis tomorrow night. Here's hoping Brian Brohm gets some snaps too.

Good, I'm interested to see how Davis performs.

Long overdue for Mike O'Shea. I was hoping they would do that while he was coaching here. Hopefully he gets to keep his job next season and we see him back here in a meaningful game.

For what it's worth, media reports have had O'Shea and GM Kyle Walters both returning next season. If we see a big change in Winnipeg in the off-season, it may be at offensive co-ordinator.
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

Yeah I hope David Bedford and his lazy bunch of co workers don't make a appearance at bmo field or have anything to do with the Argos after Friday night I hope each and everyone of them see the door ASAP! Does anyone know when this jokers contract ends up?

I would have preferred that they inductee Mike oshea next year with more people in the stands and that he gets a little more media attention to him because he deserved it he played his butt off when he was On the field. But at the same time I guess Mike oshea did play at skydome for a number of years so it would be nice for him to be there and remember those good days when he was playing at skydome.

Well for your information Angelo I was replying back to someone post on how it is sad that a great player like Mike oshea is going to be inducted in front of friends and family on Friday that some of us would wish that they waited for next year to do that move. You do realize oshea is being inducted at halftime right? Oh yeah I see your post above talking about it as well. Nice try Angelo maybe pm your buddy t-bone to try to get it resolved for you!

Still better than Valessi or Bradbury.

Seeing as how you still don't get it, I was referring to this part of your post:

It has absolutely nothing to do with Friday's game, but you as usual, hi-jack another thread to vent about outgoing management. I would speculate that 95% of your posts are about this.

It could be a meaningful game if an Argo QB gets hurt.

Personally, I believe that Milanovich should play both QBs for a half so that he can compare their performance in a controlled-variable environment. With both QBs facing the same defence, playing with the same receivers and O-line, Scott can see both QBs where they're at now and determine who gives them a better chance to win in the playoffs. Another strategy may be talking privately to some members of the team to get their input on which QB they prefer working with or who they believe gives them a better chance to win.

It looks like we're starting the "B" team on offense, outside of the OL.
