Pretty sure that was only in Washington. Apparently Billy Kilmer and most of his veteran teammates couldn't stand Theismann.

    Stop with the "moronic" nonsense.
Have you ever heard of a debate of ideas/opinion in a respectful manner? I guess not?
I didn't say he should not have started the second half however in hindsight he should not have.
Should have been pulled in the 3rd quarter and definitely in the beginning of the fourth when he did not produce.
You are not going to sell me on RR with his current lack of mobility and likely weakened arm.
But I will grant you this.
There are two decent QB's in our stable.
If Milanovich was smart, he would have a separate package for Harris to come in every few offensive possessions to keep the Cats off balance.
Many coaches currently have this very same thing, Jones is great with it in Edmonton when Franklin and especially Lynch come in.
Ditto for the Lions, heck even the Cats ran it a few times with Collaros and when Matthews was a back up.

We should alternate Ray and Harris every play. That'll confuse them!

Really AT? Have you noticed what type of QB Jones has used in his separate packages? Last year it was Pat White, and this year Jordan Lynch. They are completely different than the regular QB in that they are not expected to pass, just run a ride and decide offence. Please explain to the masses how Harris' style is different than that of Ray's, whereas he should come in to run a different "package" of plays?

As for Hamilton....Matthews only came in for Collaros to run QB sneaks. They had no "package" for any QB other than Collaros when he was playing. Where did you come up with that gem?

Maybe he's thinking of LeFevour last season.

I don't think they had a package for him either. Only the few games Collaros missed with injury did he play at all. Lefevour had a package when Burris was their QB, and truth be told, I think it hurt Burris' performance.

I remember Lefevour going in for Burris for sure and I think your right about Collaros/LeFevour last season, I'm probably mixing up the two situations.

You obviously did not watch the Cats, as not only was Matthews involved in separate packages, not just QB sneaks, Harris also came in.
In fact, with the many QB's even the Als employed that system.

If you say so. I'm sure most on here would disagree with you.

Yeah, and IIRC, Burris struggled some until late in the season when they went away from that.

Joe Theismann on Greg Hardy, NFL QB injuries
    1 day ago | Listen
Joe Theismann credits Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for changing the face of the NFL from a marketing perspective, but calls his decision to stand by Greg Hardy a mistake that leaves a bad taste in his mouth.

They couldn't get Theismann off of the topic of the Argos/CFL fast enough.
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

True, Theismann loves every microphone he sees but I have alway been a huge fan of his.
He genuinely remains interested in the CFL and always talks very fondly about his time here, Kilmer probably saw Theismann as a threat to his job which wouldn't help matters.

That was the best part of it Ravi, Theismann probably is out of touch with the current media landscape in Toronto.
    Absolutely loved the segment!!!
Theismann is consistent regarding the signing of ethically challenged players such as Hardy.

I have been a huge fan of Joe Theismann since he signed with the Argos after Notre Dame. Great to hear and see him still around after all these years.

What a great QB, but more importantly a great guy. Has anyone ever seen him get riled up? I don't really recall. I'll bet more than his undoubted skill, its that composure that has made him a winner. Again what a great QB he's been. It's hard to bet against a guy like him in important games like this.
