Go Bombers.
It's us vs the rest of the country
How has Winnipeg's defense looked? I haven't seen any of their games?
With Edmonton's defense, we can pretty much be guaranteed Willy will look like Flutie in this game and the Bombers offense will go for at least 28 points.
Cameron Dukes + Dan Adeboboye + Kevin Mital + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
I found this a very entertaining game to watch.
While the Bombers lost, I thought they were at least competitive, which may be enough for O'Shea to keep his job for a while.
They have to continue to improve though.
Bowman and Walker were lights out receiving tonight!
The Bombers aren't good enough offensively. They really don't have a receiving corps that will put fear into the opposition. They have a bunch of receivers that are decent but not that one receiver that puts a scare in you. Dressler just isn't that receiver at this point in his career.

The Bombers run pretty much the same offensive we do; similar to Ottawa's as well. The problem when you go with the short yardage high percentage offense is that you need speed and at times someone who isn't gun shy with going over the top (which Willy has become). They need to fix their offensive line - centre and right tackle specifically. Goosen isn't good enough to start (hopefully Couture is ready soon) and Neufeld is absolutely terrible at any position I've seen him in.
I missed the 4th quarter, but how the hell did Edmonton only score 20 points (same as the Argos this week) with that many yards passing?

Gee, if only the 'Bombers could find a receiver like Bowman...
