I've got to go with the REDBLACKS too. It would be churlish not to support such a terrific sophomore rebound.

I knew I'd eventually get used to that stupid name, but only because the brain can adapt to damn near anything - it hasn't become any less stupid.

I would like to see Ottawa win it all (what a great story), would also be fun to see Chris Jones have a meltdown on the sidelines.
However I suspect Edmonton is the superior team and will win on Sumday.

Argo57 Edmonton will win Sumday hopefully not this Sunday. haha. Couldn't let that slip.

I really hope Ottawa and it's fans can hold the cup after all the crap they've been through for too many years. I love Smiling Hank as well and he took too much crap last year.

    Yup, stupid name.
And I still haven't gotten used to it.

    I agree on all counts.
As another poster on this forum pointed out, we should all be cheering for the ColourColours because Edmonton is the closest to the Argonauts in Grey Cup wins.

I was watching the end of the '76 Grey Cup again tonight and noted that is the only time, by my count, in modern CFL history that a Grey Cup has been decided by a last minute game-winning TD. We have had many close Grey Cups that have gone down to the final few plays but they have usually been decided by a game-winning FG (see '72, '81, '87, '89, '94, '98, '09), a missed FG (see '75) or a defensive play/offensive miscue in the final moments (see '71, '88, '00, '02, '05, '07). The only situations that have been close to Tony Gabriel's game-winning TD in the final minute in '76 was Cedric Minter's winning TD with 2:47 left on the clock in '83 and Brandon Banks' punt return TD that was called back in the final minute or so last year. I wonder if this will be the year when we finally see a last minute game-winning TD.

That was the game that made me a CFL fan for life. 9 years old growing up in Ottawa. Tony Gabriel was my sports hero. Moved to Toronto 2 years later. Argos finally became my 1A team in 1991 as John Candy was my comedy hero growing up watching Second City again in the 1970s.
    GO ARGOS!!!

I am hoping that Ottawa wins today but I am predicting a 27-20 Edmonton victory.

Which team do you think has the most pressure on them coming into this game? My guess would be Edmonton. The thing with Ottawa is no one really expected them to be there so just being there is almost a victory, consequently they can just go out, stay lose and have fun. That has to work in their favour. That may not be enough as I still expect Edmonton to win but Ottawa may surprise.

Orridge looks on tonight, flawless coin toss and brilliant smile when the jets flew over the stadium, although it could all go for a shit when they hand him the microphone.✌

Very exciting first half, hoping the second is as equal or even more scoring.
I predicted before the game 33-31 go RedBlacks.

Fall Out Boy, Nickleback always the same type of mainstream SHITE. Next year I vote for The Dropkick Murphy's or Danko Jones originally from TO. He'd rock BMO.

The Eskimos have some work to do to make my blowout prediction come true. Hey has anyone else noticed that they have two different Grey Cup logos being used? One has the outline of the stadium on it while the one at center field doesn't. (The things you think of when you're half in the bag.)

    Go Argos in 2016!

They have too many CFL logos on the go as well. There will be a huge merch dump soon with new merch guys next year and new CFL logo.

Absolutely horrible roughing call that Sewell got called for on Burris to extend an Ottawa drive....glad they did not capitalize. Great game though...love TSN's camera work in the CFL playoffs.
