SO TRUE! I have never wore XL anything my whole life until only the last 2 years. I am the same 200lbs I have been for 10+ years. A lot has to due with slim fitting trends. I frequently now have to order a L and XL and return one.

Agreed. My wife said the same thing about the “Slim Fit” trend. Guess it’s for the younger fans and not the life long ones.

Question that I hope you can help with.....

I went on ArgosShop (RealSports) to try and buy a customized jersey for my son. It is his 30th birthday so I wanted to get his name and the number 30. It has to be a size L.

The weird thing is, the website will let me add a plain jersey to my cart, but as soon as I try to customize it and complete my order, it tells me my cart is empty.

If I have to get it numbered and lettered somewhere else, does anyone have any recommendations about where to go to have that done? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

They were selling a different style of Mask at the last home game that should fit better than the ones previously sold. I was able to pick up a nice shirt at the last home game. I mentioned I was season ticket holder and she gave me a discount. Should be a great day for ARGO foot ball. go ARRGOS !!!!

I got a somewhat similar Argo white cap - but with the big A in the shield logos on each side and blank in the front (so i stuck a Jason logo pin there) - on sale, clearance/cheap, along with some other bargain CFL gear, from RiverCitySports (in Winnipeg); back this past spring I think it was ?

The 1991 sweaters were nice and kept me nice and warm. It wasn't overly chilly tonight, but no longer warm enough for short sleeves.

Not sure if any one from Real Sports reads this. I imagine you guys are stretched pretty thin so this is not a complaint. Workin in business these days is doing a lot of work with minimal staff... so I feel your pain.


Anyways I tried to get a mask at the last Argo Home game and they were sold out before kick off. Also seemed like there was a short supply of toques. Hoping to pick up some masks this Friday if possible.

The Sports Card & Memorabilia Expo was/is being held for the first time since fall 2019. Real Sports had a booth and had some old Argo game-worn jerseys going back to the late 1980's. I guess Danny Webb didn't want them in his basement anymore . They had a Chris Gaines, Jearld Baylis, John Coflin and a few others. They cost $250 so I wasn't biting.
