Pricing will be a key to their success, however the Argos must sell as many tickets they can at the highest price possible. The CFL is still a gate driven league. This time around, the Argos must get it right. No more papering the house or freebies. With all the new events planned and a reduced capacity, prices are going to reflect this, the key is to ensure they are still sold. In a crazy way, I would rather the Argos price me out of season tickets and have a full stadium, than it be affordable and half full.
From everything being stated, this will be the case. The general thought is that they are going to range from the lowest ticket price in the league to the highest. I get what ArgoZ is saying. If they can up their corporate sales, and I see no reason why that won't happen with Larry T schmoozing with some of his current corporate MLSE ticket holders, then my guess is that those tickets will be very high priced and the rest will range between moderately priced and cheap. How many cheap seats will there actually be? I would guess a couple of thousand.
It's us vs the rest of the country

I know there is no room, but if this stadium was done properly from scratch the new thing in stadiums is the end zone entertainment/drinking zone.
My Argo ticket rep told me as much a few weeks ago Angelo, tickets will range from the cheapest to most expensive in the CFL.
My guess is the opposite scenario would happen (to your last point), more likely the Argos would actually sell the stadium out at a more modest price point or not fill the stadium to capacity if they start pricing loyal fans out of the market.
First priority for the foreseeable future is to fill the stadium, create a good game day experience then gradually increase the price point accordingly, get too greedy at the beginning could and probably would be counterproductive IMO.
From my understanding the walk-around terrace might have a bar/lounge style setup. No general seating in the North end zone and the South end zone would seat under 3,000.
I hope to be in that 3000 in the south endzone
Any updates on how season ticket deposits are going?
Hopefully we'll get an update on Tickets, Pricing and Seating Charts now that the new owners have taken over.
