I was just on a Facebook CFL group site where someone posted that as of today Himy is the newest member of the Nevada Wolfpack coaching staff....anyone else catch this? Doesn't sound right to me.

That's pretty lousy timing as most teams have already finalized their staffs at this point. It's not like the o-line was a position of strength or anything, just t this point, pickings may be rather slim to replace him.
It's us vs the rest of the country

Well this sucks, IMO Himebauch is the best Oline coach in the CFL. I wonder if Mike Preston takes over ? He's currently the Argonauts asst OL and ST's coach. He does have a lot of experience as an OL coach.
So we now need WR, OL, DL and ST's coaches (Jeffery hasn't been confirmed as of yet).
Losing Himebauch doesn't actually bother me, what bothers me is the timing of his departure (as AV also mentioned) shades of a couple of years ago when the Argonauts had to bring in Chiu at the last minute.
Big question now is who's the new O-Line coach going to be?
What is it with our assistant coaches bailing during the off season?
Preston would be my guess, as there's a very limited pool to choose from. Also, I'm still hoping that Jermaine Copeland (WR), Mike Sinclair (DL), McDiarmid (ST) are brought in and Avon Cobourne replaces Ierullo as RB coach.................................. A guy can dream.
Would you rather them leave during the season ???
Probably a combination of the low Canadian Dollar and a chance to have his family closer to home. I think he could be a Head Coach some day. With the money they are throwing around nowadays in the NCAA coaching down South he will get noticed more. As they say about the Players, next man up.
The guy doesn't seem to like to stick in any one place for too long.

Himbauch should be barred from ever coaching in the CFL again. Who does this to his buddy not once, but twice?
