    In spite of losing seasons in 2017 and 2018, the Jays benefited from the residual interest created by the 2015 and 2016 playoff appearances. All such pretenses are off for the 2019 season. I doubt the team will announce an attendance lower than 10,000 but with Raptors and Maple Leafs starting the playoffs soon the crowds will be lean. In fact, it'll probably be lean until they call up Guerrero.

    Announce less than 10k, probably not. Less than 10k actually in the stadium probably already happened on Monday and will probably happen again numerous times this season.
