Say what? Argos Ticket Sales Currently at 15K

Seems a lot of seats have disappeared overnight , like about 2000, I wonder if they have blocked off a bunch more for flex packs etc and intend to start selling game day tickets earlier then June 1st. Just a thought .

Maybe 3 game mini packs are doing well. That would be very good.

Yeah, I did rough count and show just over 10K available. Section 112 is now completely red.

The hadn't sold one seat in that section -- your sitting behind the band -- so they may have just allocated all to the band

I'm a bit surprised because an account rep called me this week to say they were releasing some seats in my section this week, so I was expecting more to be available. Good news if it means flex packs are selling well.

According to the virtual venue today, there are 5,000 available. I think that confirms that the 5,000 available means that there are 5,000 season ticket/flex packs available.
That doesn't mean there are 5k out of 26k available but 5k out of the season ticket/flex packs available, whatever that number is.
But still sounds considerably better than the past few years.

If you try and buy a flex ticket it will choose one of the 'red' seats from the virtual venue and looks to me the system is choosing seats from the east side only.

this is what TFC does as well. Sells alot of corporate seats especially on the east side. Problem is those fans with tickets don't aways show up. Thats why TFC games always look half full.

It happens in all sport. I used to buy platinum Raptors tickets for $100, because some corporate shill was only interested in Leaf games and wanted to make a few bucks. Sure they originally wanted $300 a seat, but they would cave eventually considering they paid nothing for them. Unfortunately, it's Very hard to pull that off these last few seasons with the increased popularity and perception of the Raptors.

I think it allows people to pick their exact seats for ST's, but I agree that it is not necessarily an accurate gauge of what actual sales are. Although I hear that phones ringing and background chatter prove that they are well above 15k.
