i will, thanks....funny though that i have to make the effort to call and they wont call me, a paying customer, to make it right...i see lower bowl seats for 90 bucks cheaper!

What makes you think they won't call you?
They may not call you first, but have they said anything to confirm that they won't be contacting GC ticket purchasers?

Me too, I was expecting a call yesterday and didn't receive one so I guess that I'll have to call them today.

The problem is that the longer it takes the less availability there will be and we need 5 tickets together.

Glad to hear that. It seems that Toronto gets gouged for sports events. It's cheaper for me to drive to Boston and get a hotel than it is to watch the Bruins in Toronto. It was cheaper to watch the Jays and Raptors on the road during the playoffs too.

Watching those bleacher seats going up, they are going to really suck -- low slope, poor sightlines, and not under cover

Yes, I talked to them yesterday and it seemed apparent they weren't 100% sure of their own policy.

i would buy the cheap sideline seats and ask them to void your original ... because the cheap sideline wont last a few days

Well I just called them (got right through) and they said that my tickets didn't change in price (even though the Email that they sent me says that they did) I forwarded them the Email so they're going to look into why I was sent that Email and get back to me.

They also said that they're calling the people who had price changes first so that's why I hadn't heard from them yet.

Would recommend being pro-active and call rather than waiting for a call. To give them their due, staff are working diligently to assist people who have already bought tickets. Be insistent and if the service rep can't meet your request ask it to go to manager. They will upgrade and provide refund equal to the difference between old price and new. However, some sections are already transferred to Ticket Master and therefore unavailable for upgrade. Not the best P.R. move in my opinion. The front line folks are under a lot of pressure and are working hard to accommodate ticket holders but as the only people interacting with the general public, I suspect they are taking some abuse. Let's try to save our more negative comments for those who were more directly responsible for this debacle.

Okay they called me back and said that I was sent the wrong Email and our tickets (209 Row 8) are now $399 not the $299 that we originally paid. So right now we can upgrade to 208 Row 11 or stay where we are and wait until next week and then move into lower priced seats based on availability.

I also asked him about our playoff tickets that were included in our Season Tickets and he said that they will be refunded if we don't make the playoffs.

I thought it was prices stayed the same or were lowered.

That's what I was told. Unfortunately that whole row is greyed out on the Ticketmaster Website so there's no way for me to confirm.
