Teams normally budget $100 per seat to rent and construct temporary grandstands at Grey Cups. If they can amortize the expenses over two events, then the cost per seat might be reduced to $65...with the $35 per seat (X2) going into profits. Constructing separate Grey Cup and Centennial Classic grandstands could total $100 per seat (X2) in expenses for the two events.

Another issue is the video replay screen/signage which is located right in the middle of the proposed North grandstand, perhaps they are constructing a new video screen? I'd have thought they'd build one huge 10,000-seat grandstand in the south endzone, with perhaps a much smaller 1,500-seater in the North. These grandstands would be used for both events, bringing total capacity to 36,500.

The Centennial artist's conception is definately the soccer configuration of some sort, as the endzone grandstands pictured are within the CFL endzone's.
