I expect to pay to go the game (not what they were charging earlier ). But why do all of these events have to cost so much? I get superbowl because it's all corporates anyhow. But to charge $175 for a warm up party for a small time act. The MLSE boys wasted little time gouging the CFL fanbase. It would've been nice if they had tried to create an Argo fanbase along the way.

It's not gouging if they sell the tickets. Plus it's not like MLSE are the first to charge for stuff at GC. That slippery road was started long before now.

In addition to the military, with BMO Fields close proximity to Lake Ontario, perhaps the Royal Canadian Navy as well as the Coast Guard too.

People complain about the ticket pricing every year.

For comparison:
2016: $917 - $107 ($18 fees included), and $917 - $187 prior to the change
2015: $499 - $175 for General and $399 - $199 for STH
2014: $350 - $150, and 10% discount for STH
2013: $399 - $179, and $349 - $149 for STH
2012: $399 - $150, and $100 discount for double blue and platinum seats.
2011: $375 - $125, and $295 - $100 for STH
2010: $250 - $98
2009: $370 - $195, and $295 - $119 for STH
2008: $274 - $84
2007: $560 - $94

I still have my 2007 ticket and it says I paid $327.54 per seat in the 207 section at the Sky Dome. I don't know where my 2012 tickets are, but if I remember correctly I paid around a $1,000.00 for three tickets in the 500 level. (of course that included the idiotic half time show)lol.
That 2007 ticket included the Vanier Cup, which I also attended.
