    Funny enough while walking my dog (not sure why I think about random things when I walk him, but anyways); I thought about the show runners and/or Martin killing Jon and reviving him one more time. It could fulfill one of the many prophecies I suppose, but I still don't think Ramsey will be the one who kills Jon for good. George R.R Martin has stated that "A Song of Ice & Fire" will have a bittersweet ending, which IMO means that Jon and a few others will probably die at the end.

    To Martin, "bittersweet" probably means the White Walkers kill everyone.
