Yeah, I think Jones will make a play for him is he's a free agent next February. I'm thinking Milanovich might be interested as well depending on Ricky's health/success this year. What do you think?

Don't hold your breath on that one. The TiCats just need to offer Collaros a fair extension before the season starts(350-400k).
Collaros would be nuts not to take it considering he's coming off major knee surgery. And the fact that he's missed games due to various injuries the last two years.
After hearing Zack on TSN 1150 multiple times...I really think he likes it in the hammer.

That all depends. If he plays a full season and is as good as he was when he played in '15, he will get 500+ from someone.

There is also the possibility that some NFL team will take notice of Collaros - and give him a shot, and even though he will not exactly be a young QB prospect to them; a team in need that has the guts or vision to give a good CFL QB a shot is not out of the question. Collaros, Reilly and Mitchell are all probably 10x better than that stiff Houston trotted out in the play-offs last year. Warren Moon & Dieter Brock (plus Flutie NFL redux) got NFL calls when they were older QBs; but the NFL seems to have greatly cooled on CFL QBs getting a shot in the past number of years = which is great IMO - their loss and good for the CFL.
