Williams did it in a game in which his team was being blown out. Erlington has now done twice in key situations heavily contributing to his team losing. But go on with your flag waving spin.

Sure; and you carry on with your ignorance or dismissal of the importance of coaching / play-book & calling in the game of football. You must defend the American GOBs in charge of CFL teams !

Erlington should be scape-goated out of town and hand the RB job to a superstar talent like Don Jackson, and the Pussycats will go undefeated the rest of the season - as they are led by football geniuses like Steinauer & Condell, who get held back by a couple of scrub players they are forced to deploy.

It-Cats released Malik Irons today. I guess he’s the scapegoat for the turnovers that Thomas-Ellington and Dane Evans are making.

He was on target to be a FA this past off season before re-upping with the Cats. I wanted te Argos to sign him then, and I hope they do now. He’s a bruising runner and would be a good fit for the position now that we are Canadian at RB.

I'd love Irons as a backup to Harris, but given that he's from B.C., he went to uni with Rourke and the Lions are thin at RB, I expect they will sign him.

I don’t disagree, but begs the question, why didn’t he do that when he became a free agent? He re-upped with the Cats, so maybe he has put down some roots in Southern Ontario.

Is Irons an upgrade over Daniel Adeboye?

Small sample size but Adeboye has looked pretty decent so far.

Yeah, the Ticats are not looking good at all so far this season. They were very fortunate to come away with the win today. There was an obvious hold by left tackle Kelly on the winning TD that was missed by the officials.

Don't you know that Lewis Ward is the greatest kicker ever? At least that's what those in RNation who only heard of the CFL in 2014 tell me.

To be fair, he was apparently kicking that into a strong wind but he, like Paredes and Whyte, doesn't have the strongest leg. I was actually shocked that he came that close with that kick, given his leg strength.

Ticats hire Khari Jones as a “Football Operations Consultant”.
Could he eventually be their OC?
At least Hamilton leads the league in interesting job titles.

Evans went from goat with two interceptions and a late fumble that directly led to an Elks TD to hero passing for 345 yards and 2TDs, including leading the team downfield 49 yards with a minute left to win 25-23 against Ottawa, resulting in Evans being named top performer in the CFL for week 6.
