At roughly a 50% deduction in his salary, and Schiltz likely not returning with Powell likely guaranteed the #2 spot at least, the Ti-Cats will have plenty more cash to fix the rest of their team. I really think people are counting Mitchell out way too early. Hamilton could be much much better this year.

As an Argos fan, that scares me. But having both Toronto and Hamilton strong makes for a great Rivalry. Montreal and Ottawa can finish 3rd and crossover as 4th.
