Predict End of Season Records for Teams

Here's my predictions... no math done to see if it is actually possible.

EAST
Hamilton 13-5 (The best in the division sadly imo)
Toronto 11-7 (I still think we can figure it out)
Ottawa 8-10 (I think they fall back a bit after last year)
Montreal 6-12 (I don't think they've recovered from Cavillo's retirement yet)

West
Calgary 14-4 (Still best IMO)
BC 11-7 (tough comp in the west will temper results)
Edmonton 10-8 (same, even though they were Grey Cup Champs)
Winnipeg 6-12 (haven't done anything to improve a lot imo)
Sasketchewan 6-12 (Jones isn't a saviour)

Seems we go through this every year on one forum or another. The numbers of wins and losses both have to add up to 81 -- that's how many games are being played. Your prediction has more than 81 wins and fewer than 81 losses so it's mathematically impossible.

I just hope your right about Winnipeg and Saskatchewan. haha. Hell I'd be thrilled with your Argo and Stamps predictions as well. I horrible and predicting and I never do pools because it just makes you stress about it all.
The only time I won a pool was an NHL one when I couldn't make it to the player draft. I got stuck with a whole bunch of Redwings who just happen to win the cup that year.

Yeah, I'm being literal but it makes no sense to predict something that can't possibly happen, IMO. This happens every season, and oddly enough it never works out the other way, with more losses than wins being predicted.

I get that. Just saying for the most part, no time really goes into making these predictions, let alone mathematics.

did you not read the first line of my post where i specifically mentioned your point?
My goal is simply to get as many right predictions as possible, don't care if it is mathematically impossible, didn't feel like charting it out.
