The Redblacks today officially announced the release of four coaches: OL coach Bryan Chiu; DB coach Ike Charlton Receiver coach Travis Moore and LB coach Derek Oswalt. The following article from two days ago suggests that there could be major changes in personnel and Rick Campbell's job coming as well.

The Ottawa Redblacks could look a lot different on and off the field in 2018.
The team will have to deal with several potential key free agents, including quarterback Trevor Harris and receiver Brad Sinopoli, plus put new coaches in place during the off-season. ...
Sources indicate head coach Rick Campbell will take over defensive play-calling, but that may not be something the team announces. It actually wouldn’t be a huge departure from what the Redblacks did in 2017, when Campbell already called much of the defence, but that role will be elevated. It would be logical that Mark Nelson, previously defensive co-ordinator, would replace Oswalt as linebackers coach. ...

One speculated change may never happen. Didier Ormejuste of the French-language sports network RDS tweeted last week that Redblacks offensive co-ordinator Jaime Elizondo would be interviewed for the vacant Montreal Alouettes head coaching job. It would seem like a longshot for the Alouettes, who fired Jacques Chapdelaine in mid-season, to hire Elizondo. If they don’t, he will return to the Redblacks with one season remaining on his contract.
Re-signing Harris would appear to be a priority. The 31-year-old, who was paid between $400,000 and $450,000 in 2017, might take something in that range to return to Ottawa. A contract with lower base pay and incentives clauses might be a way to get a deal done. If the Redblacks don’t get Harris signed before CFL free agency begins in February, he will have options as the Alouettes and possibly the Argonauts and Saskatchewan Roughriders would be in the market for a No. 1 passer.
If not Harris, what are the options? If 26-year-old Edmonton backup QB James Franklin makes it to free agency, he will get offers, but would you pay No. 1 quarterback money to a guy who has thrown 176 passes over the past three seasons, including only 19 in 2017? How about Zach Collaros, still under contract with Hamilton? The 29-year-old has a contract worth more than $500,000 and it doesn’t seem likely he will have a starting job in Hamilton next season. While it has been suggested he could be released before a February bonus is due, the Ticats will have trade options.
Darian Durant may also be available if Montreal looks elsewhere. Toronto’s Ricky Ray could also be a free agent, but, terrific talent aside, do the Redblacks want to go into 2018 with a 38-year-old quarterback?
