I noticed the Skycam cable rigging was set up last night at BMO Field. Looks like TSN is going all out tomorrow.
i can hardly wait. I'm leaving from Oakville at 330 to be there for 430. I’ve got my flagpole, bbq, music and lawnchairs ready. If some of you are on the full season tailgate my kudos to you, I’m only on the partial season pass so I’ve only got 5 shots at this now. My jersey has been out and staring me in the face when I get ready for work every morning. The time is now. If this game is half as fun as I’m hoping it is, it’ll be amazing.
too bad that spencer is out - i think he's the next version of Chad Owens for us (hopefully!). If Ted Laurent is out for them which is possible, that's going to cause some more re-jigging with their D in terms of the ratio, etc. I'd rather see all their players (and ours) and not have to hear excuses after. I guess Collaros will be out for a while still but i'd have loved to saw (and beaten) him as well. Ah well.

Interesting that Sewell and Sackey are on IR, Campbell on the 46 and no backup RB (so Coombs could be pressed into service if needed). I'm guessing we sit Campbell/McEwen, and Bates/Miles to get from 46 to 44.

I was a little surprised too that Campbell was on the 46 in place of Sewell. Maybe Sewell got nicked a bit and Campbell is the healthy one. Doesn't matter much I guess being the extra two players on the 46 or the 1 game injured list. I expect Campbell and WR Miles to sit this one out.
Pretty good draft by Jim Barker. The top guy Jones is injured, but Sackey, Campbell, Noel and Cross all making the team says something of the calibre coming into the League now. It wasn't that the Argos had a real weak Canadian content from last year either IMO.
This is not set in stone. The team has until some time tomorrow to set their 46 (I believe it's 2 hours prior to kickoff). This was the case a lot last year, where a player from the 46 was moved to the 1 game injured list on game day, and a player from the PR was then activated. I expect Kackert to be activated.
It's us vs the rest of the country

So many new faces that I really don't know what to expect. If Ray stays on his feet we should be able to move the ball. Hope the D can do enough to hold on. Basically I have no clue. haha.
How did Wallace Miles make the team in the first place anyway? Didn't hear much about him from camp, didn't really distinguish himself in the pre-season games, how did he end up ahead of Wylie and Ambles? To make matters even more confusing, on the website today, Wylie is listed on the active roster.
Hamilton will be tough but Ray vs Masoli (pt2) means we've got to come out on top this time don't we???
All the cards lined up for the Argos to win the ESF last year and they did not.
That is why I'm still nervous about this game.

I find it interesting that Van Roten gets the start at Centre this week and Watman at RG. I like the move, because Watman didn't impress me last season or during the pre season, and while I'm not a big Van roten fan; IMO he looked the best at Centre last season. I hope McEwen is ready sooner rather than later.
