You're asking the wrong person. I plan on parking in Liberty Village and not going near the Lakeshore. Below is a link with details.

I wonder if we can just cross at Remembrance from the Tailgate?

I heard that this might be the last year for the Toronto Indy.

East on Remembrance Dr this will take you to Lakeshore past Strachan Ave.* I would recommend going out after the game or hang out in the parking lot until traffic lightens up.

    I don't. I love Indy. Realistically 1 weekend a year shouldn't be a big headache.

Just bought a sausage from a food truck. The guy's son sells food at BMO and he is told what the exoected attendance is so he can plan his food supplies and he was told that there are only 13,00 tickets sold for tonight. That is not good news....but you can also blame the schedulaers with these weeknight games and having a game when roads are closed for the Indy. On top of that, there is a concert at the Amphitheater. Does anyone in this city government know how to stagger events?

I think they will have a decent walk up tonight. but no more week day games. We need all Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I think we will end up around 16 to 18k tonight which will still be okay in bmo and fun.

I hope he's wrong. I just checked the virtual availability on the TM site. There are no where near half the stadium seats available (I would say maybe 1/3), and they are scattered all over the stadium, so it's not as if they are not releasing certain sections. I believe they will get close to, if not over 20k

Given that the Indy race is this weekend, I believe the schedulers had no choice but to put this game on Wednesday, as more of the CNE grounds would not be available over the remaining days this week.
It would have made sense to have the Argonauts bye week this week instead of next, but I'm guessing that the Stampeders wanted this week off due to the Calgary Stampede running.

Just sad as hell watching on the tube. We'll see how well the next game does on a Monday. Many Argo fans live outside TO. Schedule better get better as should the respect this team deserves.

It only holds 24 or 25 thou. No way 14 thou are there. Time to get this crap together and get a decent schedule heavy on the weekends for next year.
