He needs to learn to check down to avoid throwing an interception.

    Zach Collaros in 3 games - 81 COMP, 123 ATT, 65.9 Completion %, 1151 yards, 9.4 YPA, 383.7 YPG, 10 TDS and 1 INT.

Being aggressive doesn't mean you have to throw stupid picks like Kilgore was. You also don't have to coach and play timidly like Milanovich and Ray do.

Ray does not play timid at all. The first drive last game shows that. But if his targets are not open ... what do you expect him to do?

Did you watch the first drive Ron ? Both throws to Elliott were into coverage (Yes, even the TD). Ray missed quite a few open receivers during the game, checked down when he should have looked to the other side of the field.

TBH, I'm getting really tired of hearing that this is the WR's fault. Every year since 2012, I've continually heard these BS issues come up around here. How many receivers does this team have to go through before people admit/figure out what the actual problems are ?

Just do what Kilgore did and throw it anyway.

An interesting interview with Milanovich here where, at one point, he tries to describe what his offence is about: http://www.tsn.ca/radio/hamilton-115...-done-1.560229

If Milanovich is back with the Argonauts in any capacity next season: I sure as hell won't be. I can spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

    This again ?
I think I've voiced my opinion loud and clear about it.

Bold statement. If they turn things around, win a playoff game, maybe win the Grey Cup, they might be forced to keep their head coach.

Don't know about Stubs now though. It has very little to do with the defence this season, but Stubler doesn't seem to stick around teams for very long nowadays. So maybe a new DC would be in order - Barron Miles (Current Eskimos Defensive Backs / Player Development Coach), or Noel Thorpe (who I believe is in the last year of his deal in Montreal, and wants out), or Leroy Blugh (Redblacks current Defensive line coach), or Ike Charlton (Redblacks current defensive backs coach).

Can't see anybody in this group being an upgrade, football wise. But, you never know when some untried assistant might turn out to be the next Wally Bouno or Don Mathews as a Head Coach. I don't think Milanovich or Barker are going anywhere any time soon. They're under contract through 2018. Having said that if there was a Leo Cahill type Coach available the owners might be tempted. A guy like Leo could keep the Argos in the news. Leo never saw a microphone he didn't like.

Leo wouldn't work today. In all seriousness, he was never a great coach or GM. He had the ability to throw money around back in his hey day, something you can no longer do in the CFL (unless of course you are Saskatchewan ).

Not if they keep losing. Telethons to save the team will be the norm again with this "fan base". As far as Argos coaching, I'm thinking that Milo might be losing the locker room, not because they don't buy in but because he's been around awhile. When that happens, players (particularly veterans) tend tune coaches out.

All coaches have a shelf life, unless of course their teams are winning.

I'm like to see Orlondo Steinauer as the next Argonauts HC.

But I think the Alouettes may pitch for him in the off season as their next HC and the Argonauts will miss out.

Knowing the Alouettes, they will promote AC to HC.
