To be fair it was mainly backups going against the Lions at home with all their starters. According to the reports, Glenn played part of the 1st quarter 5 for 8 and looked pretty good.

I am not sure that I would agree with that assessment as the Riders took 79 players with them to that game and most of their "starters" did indeed play at least the first quarter. This is a team with a lot of starting positions available too. I watched the game and Glenn looked tentative in his one quarter of work. Also, keep in mind that Kevin Glenn is pretty much your quintessential .500 QB with a decent team which the Riders likely aren't at the moment.

Some more natives there getting restless with ego-Jones and his clown act/gong show there, after the recent loss to the Stamps.

The Riders looked horrid in the first half but at least bounced back with a good 3rd quarter (or were the Stamps just taking their foot off the gas for a bit?).

Kevin Glenn at QB = c'mon man; why are Bridge or another young guy not getting a shot? And so much of legend in his own mind Jones' roster there are cast-offs or pick-ups from other teams. Good thing Jones got rid of all-time Rider greats like Dressler, Chick & Durant - he can do so much better with some "athletes" that only a football genius like him can find.

As tough as leaving the Riders may have been I'll go out on the limb and say these players are now glad to be elsewhere.
