So for my 2 cents ..... Kilgore is not the guy .... It looks like he has lost his confidence and he telegraphs his plays for the D ....
And I'm not sure Fajardo is that much better But I'm hoping the QB training will continue, but more important that
Ricky is back and stays healthy.
I was not impressed with our Defense today .... They had some good times and then some ugly times.... Looked like Reilly and his receivers had their way too many times for my liking.

Let's hope the coaches can get them in tip top shape for the BC game ..... I agree the next three games are a make or break for the season .... We lose those we will be scraping our way out of the bottom.

It's not a complaint, it's a discussion. It's worth discussing because if the attendance does not get better there will not be an Argos team to cheer for.

Attendance is a concern though. It doesn't matter if the person pointing that out lives in Liberty Village or lives in Phnom Penh for all I'm concerned.

thank you! It's like saying we shouldn't discuss the poor QB play unless we are going to put the jersey on and take over the starting job lol.

Perhaps it's just me but this sounds like a complaint from someone who doesn't go to games:

Once again I have No issue whatsoever with people Discussing attendance. I'm just tired of people who don't go to games Complaining about attendance.

There's a difference between the two.

I really don't care, you don't get to determine what we discuss. And it's not really a complaint, it's a discussion. It looks TERRIBLE on TV to see 500 people on that side of the field... it's an embarrassment to the organization.

    But then there is this:

according to you any post that refers to low attendance is a complaint and shouldn't be allowed. Maybe what you should do is make your own discussion board and just talk to yourself? You can make posts like "sure looks great seeing the stadium empty for the national TV broadcast" and "wow the new owners must be doing a great job marketing the team given all of the empty seats" or maybe "wow the new owners seem to enjoy losing money, I bet that they just use this as a tax write off. this will be great for the future of the Argos" after all it needs to sound positive to please you.

i didnt go to the game but i paid for two tickets (sent some others)
sad to see and empty field mostly, but w/e, nothing we can realistically do.
We know it isn't the day.
Only 15k for a weekend with free CNE?
poor argos. Deserve better than this but of course, nothing can really be done about it. If a city doesn't want to support a team, they won't.

AF87 asked you guys to stop sniping at each other. These personal attacks are not acceptable and I think you had better listen...

Personally, I think complaining about the attendance is a foolish waste of time whether or not one is in a position to attend. Complaining about complaining isn't much better. But after a dispiriting loss like this a certain amount of griping is inevitable.

But I do think complaining is always the easy thing thing to do and should be avoided as much as possible. There will always be good excuses for missing games and then there are those who make excuses every game on why they're not attending. And I'm not pointing any fingers on someone specific, rather more in general.

Doesn't mean I don't care or I'm not worried or that it's not worth discussing but complaining is not really a viable solution. Just my two cents.
    Bravo.

BTW: I have been saying for years that the biggest group in the city that crap on the Argos ... are Argo fans. Like this attendance thing Argo fans can't let go of even after the team says it will be a multi year project to rebuild the brand.

    Thank you Wobbler.
I trust there is an implied "suspension" possible for either of the offending parties if this continues?
I believe you have been more than patient.
And the offensive attitude of one of the two posters has crossed the line for me.

Poor Argos!!! Poor fans!!!!!!.. Did you watch that shit that they displayed and wanted people to pay to watch today. That was pathetic. Let's face the facts, the team doesn't deserve better. They've crapped the bed at BMO all year. It's a miracle they had 15,000 tix sold.

You could bet the Argos want to maintain their few season ticket holders, but to keep me they'll have to fire Barker and Milo This is as bad as 2000 with GM JI or 2002 with Gerry Etchevarry as coach.

this post is totally illogical. It's critical Argo fans that keep this team alive because they still care while others treat the team like the dinosaurs that have been extinct for eons.

You're actually criticizing Argo fans for caring. What next am I going to read here. These fans care more than the players, that's the problem.

The problem is Fajardo is not much better, while Ray is almost done.
So our QB stable is in under construction mode.
Milanovich play calling is horrid, no imagination early on he gave up on the running game however when the game was out of reach what happens he goes back to it.
He has to remove himself from the OC position and let Brady take over as he cannot do any worse.
Our defense was on the field way too long in the heat and humidity, was unable to stop the inside rush between the ends.
The DB's were outmatched by the Bowman Walker et al combo, unable to cover with Stublers scheme really questionable.
The crowd what can you say, no reason with a packed CNE on a Saturday afternoon why the place was not at least three quarters full.
It obvious how there is more damage to the team and our league than any of us imagined in the city alone and especially the core jungle of condos.
    Great synopsis.
To add to it, I think Fajardo showed heart (and legs) in his short stint, and is better than Kilgore. Kilgore looked rattled and jumpy right from the get go. I hope the "Kilgore Experiment" is over. Milanovich is not a HC, he should be MAYBE be a OC/QB coach like Calvillo, if that. The Argos aren't winning any new fans with their "self-promotion" (losing) at BMO.
