yup i think the atmosphere of 20k + will build momentum for the casual fan at bmo field imo. the atmosphere has been great so far in general - save the ottawa game which was unforunately a bit dead. anyhow it is what it is.

    my own depth chart observations:
    - great depth at receiver spots GREAT to see Elliott and Hazelton back, should help out Kilgore
    - see Waud on there - wonder if they are easing hi
    - also see that Greenwood is out, not ideal. anyhow have a take on McFadden?
    - see Spencer is returning kicks with Taylor dropped down to the PR. I thought Taylor was doing ok in the kick return game - not breaking anything but also not letting the ball bounce (my pet peeve with Owens sometimes). anyhow I trust Barker and Milonovich's football intuition here....

Only seven NAT starters. I guess any attempt to get van Roten into the OL will have to wait for the return of Greenwood or Gabriel.

Edit: And for anyone wondering why we aren't starting (or playing) Thomas Miles at LB, he was added to the 1 game IR this week.

I would like to see Wylie returning kicks. If the Argos offense plays the same game plan it did against Ottawa, being patient, I think they can keep Edmonton's receivers on the sidelines, thus earning a victory.

Also, try to establish the run on Jason Vega who is making his 2016 CFL debut.

See above, on the one-game. Don't know why but I have to assume he's legitimately injured because I really doubt he'd be buried on a list in favour of Newton.

We've moved the receivers around a fair bit. I personally like the new configuration with speedier guys on the outside and bigger guys inside, but hey, whatever works.

(Mildly) interesting that we've chosen to activate Alford instead of Brown again as a backup in the secondary this week. It's good to get a look at the new guy (since Brown dressed last week I assume Alford will actually dress tomorrow).

Best receiving corps in awhile and it will be needed to help Kilgore out. However, I feel like this game will be determined by how well the Argos D stops the Eskimos O.

Nothing against our short receivers, but a couple of those long vertical shots (probably) would have been caught by the stronger, taller guys like Gurley, Elliott or Vidal.

They turned into interceptions instead. Potentially different outcome in mine eyes. It's the little things. You definitely want some size inside, but one smaller burner works in the Slot as we have seen. That way they can work the reverse, sweep or hand off. Keep LB's on their toes by not allowing them to key.

At the very least they may have been able to prevent the picks.

Good question, but I can't find anything online. I may suggest buying tickets online through the Argos website and printing them at home.

No, you must have CNE admission to reach the stadium or box office (included with your printable ticket). In honesty, your a extremely rare case. It's not difficult and actually an easier option to print tickets at home. Anyone interested in attending the game while walking by, will already have grounds admission.

Nice to see all CNE parking and entrance employees wearing Argonauts hats today though!

You don't actually have to show physical tickets, do you? I assume they can scan the QR code from your phone too.

I stand corrected as Kilgore is now up to 9 interceptions thrown. One when he came in for Ricky, 2 not 3 against Ottawa, 5 against Winnipeg and 1 so far today. A big sorry to Michael Bishop who wasn't even this bad. Bishop would just toss the ball with no touch for a few picks and come into Joe Badali's like he just won the Grey Cup.
