    Poor dude looks like he's being railroaded. There were some vids. One showing him drinking from a cup and another showing some chick tossing the beer can. I suppose they couldn't get a good shot of her so they just label the guy close by that they have a good shot of.

    I saw that video and thought it was the mysterious women who miraculously disappeared from the photo. But I did see another video that sure looked like him throwing the can with a little flick of the wrist.
