I don't know for sure, but on social media the Grey Cup Festival last week was asked directly and replied and didn't confirm or deny the event. We've participated in all four Fan Marchs and all four times enjoyed the fan parade. We'll miss it if it doesn't take place. Twice Sun Life were the sponsor and twice CP Rail sponsored.
I am planning to be at the Shipyard on Friday, to start and then we'll see about Saturday. If you should happen to notice an older pie-eyed drooling inebriate in a blue sweatshirt with a large embroidered Argo crest on the front that would be my buddy. I'll be the good looking chap standing next to him.

I'm happy the redblacks won. Leaving on the Via train tonite from Vancouver, excited to go back to Toronto.

Doubleblue: I will be the guy with the long face thinking about how this season should have been much different. In retrospect I guess that description doesn't exactly narrow it down either.
Mulder: I don't see anything planned for Thursday. Am I going to have to organize something on my own?
Here is a nice, positive interview by the Edmonton Sun's Terry Jones with current Toronto mayor and former CFL commissioner John Tory: http://slam.canoe.com/Slam/Football/.../22685107.html

Wow - I feel stupid for buying in advance. Argos told me only obstructed view seats remained when I traded my $199 seats down to $89 seats, and look what they enabled. Will probably let my 6 seasons go. I didn't mind losing a little on the games I couldn't attend, but they are treating STHs really poorly!
Pizza pizza selling pairs for $29 including pizza and wings? CFL are damaging their brand with this and should have left the seats unsold!
I paid over $3k for the amount of seats I purchased. And am a bit pissed off... But on these the Argos nor the CFL really control what a partner does with tickets. Pizza Pizza would have been given an allotment as part of the Sponsorship agreement they signed with the league. When I use to work with MLSE we would actually go and buy back these tickets and put them on sale ( They do this with the Raptors and TFC) We would go to the pizza stores buy as many pizzas as we could and then bring back the seats to the office and put them back into Inventory. That being said the league should have not allowed them to advertise it and I am sure some in the GC committee are going nuts over it.
The league claims that this promotion was "unauthorized."
