Next year will be "Year One" ?
Looking into a new practice facility. (Ryerson's been mentioned by Zic)
Season ticket holders will be a priority - said that for this season, so call me skeptical.
Looking at everything from top to bottom to see what fits and what doesn't (re: Milanovich and Barker).

Smart on the team to call 2016 a mulligan. Do you want them to harp on how bad it was?

Copeland talks about how people had high expectations for attendance but I believe he is part of the reason people did have high expectations. If he had just come out and said from the start it would be a slow build, there would not be so much talk now about how this season was a failure off the field. I think his credibility has been hurt by this.

Nevertheless, he also said there will be growth next year that people will start to recognize. I sure hope so. A better schedule is one of the main things the Argos will have going for them.

I remember before the season started Copeland stating that if Ticat fans wanted to attend the home opener at BMO field they would need to buy argo season seats. Things were sounding really good. After finding out there were only 7K season seats sold it really hurt his credibility in my book. Unfortunately I don't have the source to his statement (maybe twitter) but some of you may remember it.
