A good point, many coaches over the years never even played football. what`s the old saying you dont have to be a chicken to lay an egg. But in the case of being a QB coach not the same at all. What`s a below average backup QB like Milanovich going to do, show the better more superior QB how to grasp the ball... be sure to not throw it like I did I guess he could say... watch me, see how its not accurate with not much of a spiral, and notice it does not go far. Now if you can do the opposite of me you have it . I wager if you asked the former Argo QB`s Harris and Collaros if they learned more from Ricky Ray or from Milanovich... I hope you know what the answer is

Have you ever spoken to Collaros? I know people that have and he has much respect for Milanovich.
By the way..How great a QB was Josh McDaniels? I ask because he is the QB coach and OC for the Tom Brady led Patriots.
Really, stop making a fool of yourself with some of these ridiculous comments putting down the accomplishments of good football coaches.
It's us vs the rest of the country
Jason Maas and Jarious Jackson both had only brief stints as starting QBs in the CFL and were mostly career backups. Both are doing just fine coaching in the CFL.
Scott Milanovich on Y he left: "I wanted to stay & be the HC. I love the #CFL. But I had no idea what was going on." - @TSNScianitti #Argos

I'm glad he's gone, but yeah he's not the only one that is confused.
The coaching change was necessary but the way it played out was totally bush league by Copeland and the Argonauts.
Milanovich won a cup but also put up with a lot of crap with no complaints during his tenure and deserved more respect than twisting waiting to see if the new GM wanted to keep him or not.
Those things don't go unnoticed.
