    Am hoping to wake up one morning soon with the announcement that Argos have signed/acquired Andy Fantuz. I think he would be great for RR, he would be his go to guy. But probably wont happen am guessing.

    I'm pretty sure Fantuz is out for the first half of the season. I can't see anyone giving him a contract until he is cleared to play. Maybe Hamilton would but they really don't need to. It instantly becomes dead money.

    On TSN 1150 they said that Hamilton already offered Fantuz a contract but he hasn't accepted it yet. They also said that he might not be ready until just before the playoffs.

    I don't see him going any place other than Hamilton. That is, unless, the Ticats don't implode before the time he is healthy.

    Other than pissing off Ticat fans (which would almost be worth it) I'd pass on Fantuz as he won't be available to play for quite some time.
