Is Copeland a worse CFL executive than Lonie Glieberman

How many strikes does Copeland get

    - screwed up BMO transition
    - f***ed up the grey cup game
    - totally lost on football side

He very well might be...lack of bombastic personality aside.

I know things are bad but comparing to the Glieberman's is a stretch.

The transition to BMO was just fine and he had little time to do it.

Grey Cup was a fiasco, no doubt but that was on Moore. She was the head of that committee

Will agree football ops is not his strength which is why they're working hiring the next guy/guru. Though that process should have started when the season finished.

I thought he did a pretty good job for the
league but he has been an
    embarrassment as Argo boss.

As of right now I'd say no, mainly due to Glieberman being terrible twice, but I'm not sure how anyone can believe in Copeland right now.

Glieberman was bad in a different way. I don't think Copeland is a bad person, just bad judgement.

I can't believe all the crybabies here. Everybody wants their candy and they want it NOW. Management is doing all the right things. They have made some very smart value signings. They are on the verge of announcing a top guy to run football ops. We will probably see a couple of star player signings, that's the way Tannenbaum rolls. Hopefully one of them will be a QB. I am full of excitement and optimism for this team. What is lacking in your lives that makes you all so negative?

A couple good signings on Thursday of Joe Fuller and Peter Dyakowski. I would have liked to see Earnest Jackson and Chad Owens in Toronto but, honestly, believe that Montreal and Saskatchewan overpaid for those players. Winston Venable was a nice signing at a good price as well.

While I haven't agreed with the way this off-season has been handled by Copeland, there is still ample opportunity for him to redeem himself.
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force

I don't agree with everything in your statement, Rich, but I do agree with the bolded part.
