Obviously they are mostly going by last year's order of finish, but hey, hopefully we'll make a few people rich this year!

Let’s hope it’s based on last year. Otherwise I can’t even reasonably see how we’re worse than montreal or Saskatchewan – I think both those teams take the 2016 argos role as basement dwellers.
Assuming results based on the previous year's results may make sense in other sports, but much less so in the CFL where there is a lot of player turnover every year, a few injuries can kaibosh a season and there is a long history of one-year turnarounds. I expect the Argos to be competitive and in the playoffs this year, but I don't know which Eastern team(s) will miss -- could be any of them. Ott and Ham are not powerhouses, and Mtl is as capable as the Argos are of a surprisingly quick ascension.

Well that's just great. Why bother watching any games? This season is done before it even kicks off.
After last season's debacle the only thing I would ask for as a fan is that they show up and play hard (which they will with Trestman) everything else is a bonus, I am confident that Popp and Trestman are already making things better.
