Getting back to Gaydosh. A move to the OLine might be just what he needs to get his career going. Plunk him in at OG and work on his pass blocking. I don't believe too many DLinemen in the League could bull rush him. He would have to get on board with such a move and maybe was why Jones let him go. He may think without question he's a DT.

Why is it that so many promising Canadian players that the Argos acquire (Waud, Gabriel, Greenwood, etc.) are always injury prone?

Good question. Less football experience, less knowledge on how to care for their bodies? I'm not actually too serious but CIS players do have less experience than an NCAA vet who bounced around the NFL.

D-linemen Butler & Bishop - formerly of the super-hero laden NFL - are currently out with injury from the Argo line-up.

I can't see there being a difference based on nationality. Maybe it's just more noticeable because of how valuable Canadian starters are, and how they're usually harder to replace with our smaller talent pool.

In addition to Waud, until recently we had the perpetually injured Tracey Robertson. I was wondering if DTs were especially injury prone - maybe because they need to be both huge AND athletic - but this analysis doesn't back that up.

Seen Gaydosh a couple of times, but didn;t notice much ; more of him please, the Argo D-front gets blown out too much to allow a good back like Sutton room to move; Woods making some stops, but well down the field; a big body DT like Gaydosh could maybe help some there.

Gaydosh played a few snaps but didn't seem to do anything to warrant playing more than Finlay or Wynn. The latter had his best game by far. This is the first game since Bishop went out that I felt our interior d-line was strong.

Wynn did look strong indeed; Finley had some push too - lost a sack on a penalty; I actually saw Gaydosh get some push on one play.

When it comes to mocking, believe me there are a lot worse forums than this one, both on sports and other topics.
