The Lions have lost two straight, which Wally will not be pleased about. Was the Redblacks win against Hamilton the start of a run for them or was it simply a win over a bad Hamilton team? I'm taking the Redblacks at home.

Huge game for Ottawa. If they win, it will likely be a springboard to a very good 2nd half. I'm calling the RedBlacks here.
It's us vs the rest of the country
After a horrendous 1 1/2 games against the Riders and Calgary, Jennings passes suddenly went from being floaters to sharp bullets and remained so for the rest of the game against Calgary resulting in him going 20/27 and 175 yards from that point on. The rust from missing four games due to injury is gone. In addition, Wally has said he will insert Lulay if Jennings does not perform well. This should give the Lions the edge over Ottawa, even though they beat a winless, hapless Ticat team.
East wins, East wins!
And they had to sweat it out at the end to do it.
Should have been a cruise win for Ottawa, but bone-head coaching continues to haunt them; can't run the clock when they have to; and Harris throws a horrid pick late in the game to keep BC in the game; then almost does it again next series??? - just baffling and inexcusable - both on Harris and the Ottawa offensive coaches. Nice to see Jake Harty make some plays at receiver for Ottawa when he gets a shot;; too bad they have little confidence in Gillanders (easily their most productive and explosive tailback this season) and would rather trot out mediocre Madu all game ??? - stupid by Campbell or whoever else is responsible.
BC are looking like a mediocre bunch - basically blown-out 2 games in a row; Jennings looks shot in confidence now and their big-play weapons on offence (Burnham, Arecenaux, Chris Williams, Rainey) aren't doing near enough; and they have a very average at best defence (outside of Sol-E). With the Riders big-time resurgence, Wally might be looking at last place in the West - would be a sad squinty swan-song.
The talent is there in BC. IMO the problem there is coaching, and Jennings losing his confidence, put Lulay back in as the starter, and I think things will turn around. Washington IMO is one of the worst DC's in the League, and Khari at times seems to get conservative and over think himself. Wally will fix this though - he always seems to find a way to do so.
