Duvenay - Tardif might get a SB ring as a starting OG for the Chiefs ! Nice way to cap a very good NFL career thus far -= an all-time great Canadian O-lineman.
Edit - way to go Dr. Larry

Four year veteran DL David Onyemata, whose CFL rights are owned by the Riders, has resigned with New Orleans Saints.
TE Anthony Auclair, who is used primarily as a blocker and has made only 10 catches since entering the NFL in 2017, has resigned with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has been on the IR list since November.
Former 2012 Argo draft pick TE Luke Willson has resigned with Seattle, who drafted him in the 2013 fifth round. After five years in Seattle he signed with Detroit in 2018, then with Oakland in their 2019 TC before returning to Seattle during the 2019 season.
Kicker Liam Hirallauju (sp?) has signed with the Rams in the NFL; bet he might do well there - not sure as a punter or place-kicker (probably the latter - NFL teams never use a kicker do do both jobs)
Five year NFL veteran DL Christian Covington has signed with the Denver Broncos for $1.75 million, after playing in 16 games with 6 starts 28 DTs, a sack and knockdown for Dallas last year.
Interesting article about Marc-Antoine Dequoy at packers.com.

Receiver Chase Claypool has signed a $6.62 million four year contract with a $2.37 million bonus with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I have to salute Laurent Duvernay-Tardif who has decided to sit out the 2020 season in order to work as a doctor because he wants any risks that he takes to be for patients. While most responses praised him, there always at least one jerk out there who tweets "With a death rate of 0.0026% . Ya right, time to panic. You got more chances to die while driving at the hospital. This is a sell out post from sell out player."

Pro Football Focus tweeted that receiver Chase Claypool was the highest graded rookie NFL performer of this past week scoring 90.2 (out of 100) after making 2 catches for 39 yards and rushing once for 8 yards and a first down in Pittsburgh's victory.
DL Brent Urban, in his seventh NFL season, was the top ranked Chicago Bear DL this week with 2DTs, 2 assists and a sack.
Chase Claypool had a sensational game for the Steelers gaining 110 yards in receptions, a 3 yard TD run, and 4 TDs. The second url below has his game highlights.
https://ottawasun.com/sports/footbal...in-over-eaglesPittsburgh’s second-round pick in the 2020 draft, Claypool now has five touchdowns on the season. How is it that a 22-year-old rookie has made such an impact, especially with no pre-season preparations?
“He’s talented,” Roethlisberger said matter-of-factly the 6-foot-4, 238-pound his post-game news conference. “He’s got some God-given abilities that not many people in this world have. He’s big, fast and strong, and he’s very, very smart. So we’re able to do those things, like move him around, and do some things with him. “That last touchdown, perfect example,” added Big Ben. “We changed the play, and he makes it happen. I just have to give him a little bit of a cue on it … it’s awesome. I’m just proud of the way he’s playing right now.”
FOX analyst Howie Long called Claypool a “star” while pointing out he came to the NFL “via Canada, which is an odd route to go.”
Yes, but not an untravelled one. At this point, it appears to be a certainty that he’ll challenge, if not surpass, Rueben Mayes as the greatest NFLer to be born north of the border. Mayes, a product of North Battleford, Sask., was the league’s offensive rookie of the year with the New Orleans Saints in 1986, rushing for 1,353 yards and eight touchdowns. ...
While Claypool was the first Steeler to score four touchdowns in a game since Roy Jefferson in 1968, more recognizable names can be mentioned when discussing his feat.
The only rookie to score more TDs in a game was the recently deceased Gayle Sayers, who had six.
Claypool is the first Steelers rookie with a rushing TD and a receiving TD in the same game since Franco Harris in 1972, and the first Steeler wide receiver to have a rushing TD and a receiving TD in the same game since Hines Ward in 2004.

Chase Claypool has been a major factor in helping Pittsburgh reach a 10-0 start in his rookie season becoming only the fourth receiver to catch 10 TDs in his first 10 games and the first in the Superbowl era (since 1969). This week he caught four passes for 59 yards and drew two interference penalties as DBs find him hard to handle. He has set Canadian NFL records with 4 TDs in one game and with the longest TD from scrimmage.
After getting into two games last year with no stats, former Al, Stampeder and Rider CB Tevaughn Campbell got his first interception and taking it in for a TD in his seventh game this year.
Laurent Duvernay-Tardif was named one of Sports Illustrated Sportspersons of the Year as an activist who, after winning the Superbowl in 2020 as a starting OL for Kansas City, then leaving the game and his multi-million dollar salary to work as a doctor during the Covid-19 crisis. Well deserved.
