As a STH of over 50 years and now having got both my kids and grandkids to be enthusiastic Argo supporters, I will state again, when any organization gives benefits one year but removes them the next year, it creates a sense of disappointment for the client. No matter how management rationalizes or attempts to justify the move, removal of a benefit from the client will for those who enjoyed the benefit, almost always lead to the feeling of a slight betrayal.
