Good evening,

I know most on here are season ticket holders. However those who are not are fans of the organization and either way I wanted to extend a big thank you. Many on this board are life long fans and have been season ticket holders for many years. I also know many of you contributed with bringing out new fans this year and more importantly for tomorrow's big game. While tomorrow is going to be an incredible day and the biggest crowd the Argo's have seen since moving to BMO, you the fans deserve a pat on the back for being a big part in it.

I wanted to personally thank everyone on this board and all of our fans for that matter. The efforts and passion of our fan base is amazing and is a huge help in what we do and what we are looking to do going forward. We are building something and I can assure you we are making progress and growing. Each of you are a big part of that process. I hope you all will be loud and proud tomorrow, but I also hope you can enjoy the day because you have had a hand in it!

Hopefully we can look back at this game as the turning point for the Toronto Argonauts, think back a year and compare to where we currently are👍
Impressive turnaround on the field with better days ahead, simple communications (like above) show that the organization gets it!

The first game in 2016 drew 24,812 , Mr Hook states that tomorrow's game will be the biggest yet at BMO, so I guess it is safe to assume it will exceed 25,000.........Nice !

Right on, Michael! I fall into the category of lifelong Argo fan who unfortunately can't be a STH because I live and work in Ottawa. But I watch every game on TV, buy Argo merchandise, wear it proudly and support the League as a Redblacks STH (cheer for the Argos whenever they visit, of course, much to the chagrin of my fellow STHs ).

Just the fact you're on here reading and contributing to these boards is incredibly positive, it shows the organization cares and is listening to its fans, especially the STHs, who are the backbone of the franchise. I am really hopeful that we've turned corner and, like you say, are building something great.

Really looking forward to today's game and then cheering on my Argos in the 105th Grey Cup at Lansdowne next week! Go Argos!

Thanks Michael. You've done a great job communicating here on the forum and in e-mails this year. I'm not a member of the core group of Argo lifers who have supported the team through thick and thin, and I agree they deserve a ton of credit and thanks. Seeing them at Fan Appreciation events and games set a great example and I've upped my commitment level the last few years too. Let's keep it growing. Pull Together!
