It would appear that J'Michael Deane is retiring. I don't really remember how much he played last year, but that's less depth on the OL than what the Argos had before.

TORONTO ARGONAUTS FOOTBALL CLUB
GREY CUP CHAMPIONS: 1914, 1921, 1933, 1937, 1938, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1950, 1952, 1983, 1991, 1996, 1997, 2004, 2012, 2017, 2022
I think Deane started five or six games at RG, but none down the stretch. I hate losing depth on the o-line, but can't force a guy to keep playing. Hopefully J Campbell and Kolankowski are well set up as Nos. 6 and 7 on the depth chart, with Sackey perhaps moving up to No. 8.

Peter Dyakowski is still floating around as potential veteran depth if the Argos are interested.
Chad Kelly + Dan Adeboboye + David Ungerer + Damonte Coxie + DaVaris Daniels + Dejon Brissett = Unstoppable Force
Kansas City is 4 and 5 deep on both OT's where Ryan Hunter is listed. But only 2 deep at Guard. Looks like a PR spot for him this year. I really can't see him available until maybe a year from September if at all. With Holmes, McEwen and Van Zeyl the probable starters I can't see Dyakowski signing as a back up, but if one of those guys are injured that might change.

Our 2018 draft selections could be interpreted as a statement of confidence in our current OL starters and backups.
3DownNation reports the Argos have signed former Calgary DE Frank Beltre. If I were Archer, I would convert him to MLB.

Moves seems unclassy on the eve of training camp.
Matthews was already the odd man out - perhaps they threw him a bone and he ends up signing in Winnipeg to be the backup.
Perhaps Matthews was released a couple weeks ago but it has just been announced.
DT Evan Gill, DT Hassan Berry, and OT DJ Park were signed today.
Gill is interesting. He was a Hamilton first rounder in 2014, but seemed to be perpetually injured. Not unlike Kevin Waud...
