    Jim Barker - HC/GM (2011-2016) 49 Wins/ 59 Losses (45%) with a Grey Cup and 3 Playoff misses

    Scott Milanovich - HC (2012 - 2016) 43 Wins/ 47 Losses (48%) with a Grey Cup in 2 Playoff misses.

Yes, victims of circumstance -- but ultimately still not good enough

Should also be noted that the Argos were 7-29 in the 2 years before Barker came in. One bad 5-13 record in 2016 makes his overall tenure look a lot worse than it really is.
It's us vs the rest of the country

I still wonder how Barker got 9 wins (and a road playoff win) as HC with that squad in 2010. He inherited a mess from Bart Andrus and was hired late in the off season. The team did regress to 6-12 in 2011as he was unable to solve the QB situation. I hated to see him go, but as it happens in pro sports, it was time for a change.
