This illustrates the problem facing the Argos and the CFL in general. With the exception of TSN the cfl, at least in Toronto, gets zero (and i mean zero, nothing, nada) media coverage and thats part of the problem. tSn has poured a huge lifeline into the league with their TV contract but its almost compartmentalized the league into one sports channel. I talk to people downtown i work with who have no idea that Toronto even has a football team (not kidding). A lot of them are new Canadians but a lot of them are millennials. Unless you get or watch TSN yu have no idea the Argos exist. When the CFL was divided between TSN and CBC i believe there was more exposure to the general public.
