With Reilly at QB and playing at home, Edmonton should take this one.

Each team has benefitted from a lopsided trade with the other team.
In 2013 Edmonton traded Jeremiah Masoli and Simoni Lawrence, who are still key components of the Tiger Cats, to Hamilton along with OL Greg Wojt for two Canadians, Carson Rockhill and Nathan Kanya, who never started a game in Edmonton.
Last year Hamilton traded C J Gable to Edmonton for two prospects on Edmonton's negotiation list in order to come in under its salary cap. Gable's running blocking and receiving played a major role in the Eskimos' success during the remainder of the season.
It will be interesting to see to what extent these players affect the outcome of the game.

Hamilton dominates 38-21 thanks to 332 yards through the air by Masoli and by former Calgary Dino RB Mercer Timmis who had a breakout game with 133 yards on the ground.

Impressive win. With Tolliver back, Timmis looking like he can be a productive back, and Masoli's run/pass threat, that puts a lot more pressure on the opposing defence.

Esks better find some answers on D or they could be in trouble.

Ticats looking impressive this year. The Esks defense is terrible and Reilly is not looking like the MOP QB that everyone is predicting.

Manziel did not play in this game and the season opener. I wonder if we will see him in garbage time when it next occurs, especially after the injury to Ray after the game was lost.

The Eskimos were embarrassed losing 38-21 to Hamilton. If they want to fully understand what embarrassed means they should watch the video of the Argos playing Calgary.

After pumping up expectations on a season that will see their city host the Grey Cup final with a win for the ages over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in what turned into the longest regular-season game in Canadian Football League history one week earlier, for the Eskimos to come out and fall flat on their faces in all three phases of football was more than a little deflating, to say the least.
“It was just deflating to get our asses kicked.
    “The whole game.
    “In all three phases.
“That was deflating,” said Eskimos quarterback Mike Reilly, who completed 20 of 30 passes for 286 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. “That was not good football.
“That’s not what we’re about, that was not us out on the field. But that was us tonight, so we’ve got to make sure we figure out why that happened, fix it and get better because I don’t care if you’re playing Hamilton or any other team in the league, you’re not winning a football game playing like we played tonight.” ...

“The only thing we can do is put your head down and go to work. But that’s why you’ve got 18 times to pro
    ve yourself.”
