A highlight of the last couple CFL seasons was the sideline "art" provided by Johany Jutras. In 2015(?) she sold everything she had to fund a cross Canada tour capturing key moments in the CFL season. She published these moments in the book Our League Our Country. That success was followed by a contract to cover the CFL. Last year she traveled with the Argos. As a member of the 2017 team, she attended and captured the Grey Cup ring presentation.

After what seemed a successful relationship seemed to abruptly end with Johany gone from the scene. I'll certainly miss her art. I understood her services were provided at a very reasonable rate.

Also, the players, coaches and staff loved how she captured the moments in such a personal manner.

She'll be missed.

I believe Ms.Jutras is still free lancing for the CFL league office.

Her departure from the Argos is a sad development. The medium truly is the message(Marshal McLuhan disciples will understand this).
Just one of many questionable moves. Toronto,Montreal, and Vancouver are going to be alarming situations come September.
If Saskatchewan bottoms out in the next few weeks, this could turn into a raging fire.

I think she was with TSN 1050 at one point. I don't know when she became a part of the Argos organization outright.

Yes, she was the sideline reporter for the TSN 1050 game broadcasts, with Hoagie and Jeff Johnson calling the games from the booth.
AFAIK, she still serves in that capacity, as does Hoagie doing play-by-play, while Johnson has been replaced by Chris Schultz.
