The TSN game of the Week for week 8 was ....

Edmonton vs Saskatchewan. Clearly the most exciting game of the week compared to the other boring hum drum games.

Do fans still vote on this? Otherwise, I don't see how the Argos game couldn't have been the game of the week.

Haven't seen all the numbers, but if this is true, it's not surprising. Saskatchewan has the most fans who are also very passionate, and so their TV numbers will always be strong. There is no story here.

I can understand if they won the game, but they didn't.
Nevertheless, Eskimo fans would still outweigh Argo fans on any voting.

If the game of the week is always going to be the one with the highest ratings or based on fan voting, they may as well cut out any suspense and just call it the weekly replay of the rider game. Again, nothing surprising here sadly.
