    Question Argonauts Account Manager?

    Are we not supposed to get discounts on additional tickets if we purchase them through our Season Ticket Argonauts Account Manager Portal?

    I'm not sure, but I was always under the impression that I had to call in to get the discount.

    I’ve bought 6 additional tickets so far through the manager and got discounts, but I think that was only because I bought the home opener and CNE game during the flash sale. I normally go through my rep when I buy additional tickets.0

    Account Manager isn't set up properly and can be buggy when transferring to Ticketmaster. The discounts are shown, but can't be applied. Calling your rep is the only way, which is a shame because for a team that desperately needs tickets sold, it should be easy to do online.

    I agree .... Phoning is the only way to get the discount which is too bad.
    I had to buy a last minute ticket at the stadium and couldn't get the discount ..... They said only by phone.

    You don't even need to phone.... shoot an email off and you'll be fine. I emailed day of game and got a ticket day of the game this year.
