    2019 Supplemental Draft Local Option

    David Ungerer Wr Idaho

This was a player I had mentioned in a previous thread as being a possibility for the draft as a late addition.
He appears to have his ducks in a row and will be eligible for the supplemental draft.
The draft class is solid in 2020(receivers in particular).
    Should Popp roll the dice?

A little on the small side but pretty good numbers. 35 1/2 vertical puts him close to the top WR's at the combine. 4.57 forty and 14 on the bench.
    Someone might bid a 2020 4th round.
QB Brett Rypien out of Boise State mentioned he was looking into getting his Canadian papers. Could be of interest if and when a Canadian QB is included in the ratio. I imagine teams would be interested in him either way and is suppose to be on BC's neg list.
