    Well, with the change in supplier, you had to know that new ones would be coming.

    The Stamps Store tweeted a reply to a fan that all teams are wearing only one helmet this year. The good news is that means Stamps are gonna wear their red helmets for all games, getting rid of the black and mirrored versions. Hopefully this bodes well for Calgary de-emphasizing black elsewhere on the uni.

    As for Argos, I have to assume we'll wear Oxford Blue helmets but guess we'll find out whenever the new unis are unveiled. I'm guessing any such announcement will be delayed until after the CBA is settled.

    I must admit I am worried about the new uniforms going "busy" and tossing aside Argo/CFL tradition. Montreal basically copied the Houston Texans with a lousy new logo and I fear the Argos will try to capture a Tennessee Titans look. I hope I am wrong.

    New uni's, I think you will be right. The modern trend will look fine. A can see a little more Cambridge blue accents in the socks and striping, but this will likely be our look. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DZ-2qemX4AAa9PH.jpg

    I actually like montreal's new look. Their new unis not as "busy" as the previous ones and after reading about the design concept behind it, the logo is a the next best idea short of returning to the trident.

    But I do agree, if we go away from the classic look we have now to something the titans have, no jersey sales to me! I have been watching some late 60's early 70's games lately and I personally wish we'd go back to the "A" helmet. But I know the boat logo is most everyones fav on here.

    I like the new Montreal uniforms too. Regarding the Argos logo, I’m good with the boat, the current shield with the A, the block A from the ‘91 GC. Just don’t ever go back the the Jason logo or the ‘89-90 New York Giants like one.

    I'm curious what the reason is behind this. I really enjoy the variety that comes with 2 helmets. NFL teams are only allowed to have one and I always thought that was too restrictive and way less fun.

    I'd be good with either of these options if the team ever decided to return to some form of boat logo, but no thank you to bringing back the brown ball version.





    I didn't mind the one they used in the schedule game of thrones style video either, nor the one for the Shipyard.

    The one on the left is better IMO, but I am in favour of restoring the original logo, including the "football brown" ball.
